INTERPOL Matters: Assessment, Defence and Next Steps
RATH HAGEN acts for clients worldwide in INTERPOL matters. We represent clients before the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files (CCF), especially in Red Notice and Diffusion cases. We also advise on travel, arrest and extradition risks.
First, we establish which alert is in place and what it is based on. A request to the CCF is not always the first step. Depending on the case, we may first challenge a national arrest warrant or defend extradition proceedings. Several proceedings may run in parallel.
In international cases, we work with local counsel where needed. Consultations are available worldwide by telephone or Zoom. Meetings are also possible in Berlin and Düsseldorf.
