RATH HAGEN Attorneys at Law advises and represents individuals affected by INTERPOL alerts, Red Notices, diffusion notices, or foreign search warrants. Our practice group, led by attorney Dr. Julius Hagen, assists clients with applications to the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files, with the preparation of requests for deletion, and with the assessment of international travel and arrest risks.

We examine whether a search is compatible with INTERPOL’s rules, the principle of neutrality, minimum human rights standards, and the requirements of a fair trial. We place particular emphasis on politically motivated proceedings, conflicts framed as white-collar crime, Diffusions, Red Notices, and cases in which international search measures are used to exert pressure.
